1, Warranty Void:
. Warranty is void when damaged is caused by external force, mis-operation or human-error.
. Warranty is void when Customer open the case/cover by own and break the warranty sticker.
. Warranty is void when products are damaged or lost during the shipment from customer.
. Warranty is void when users do not follow the instruction of user¡¯s menu.
2, RMA Procedure :
. Pls provide the invoice No., delivery date, and return reason.
. After Bridge confirm the RMA, Pls send RMA goods back by customer¡¯s cost within 30 days
. Bridge will offer shipping or handling charge when returning repaired goods back to customers.
